1.复方甘油注射液的疗效观察 本组200例,男120例,女80例。年龄为32～72岁。其中高血压性脑出血(CH)138例,蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)45例,大面积脑梗塞17例。根据病情(意识障碍、头痛轻重、脑脊液压力)选择甘油剂量:500ml,2次/日或500ml,1次/日静点。静点速度3.5～4小时滴完。每分钟30滴以内,可连续用药1～2周或更长时间。疗效判定标准:①显效:用药后颅内压明显下降或意识
1. The efficacy of compound glycerin injection in this group of 200 cases, 120 males and 80 females. Age is 32 ~ 72 years old. Hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (CH) in 138 cases, 45 cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH), large area cerebral infarction in 17 cases. According to the condition (disturbance of consciousness, headache, cerebrospinal fluid pressure) choose glycerol dose: 500ml, 2 times / day or 500ml, 1 times / day static point.
