综合分析了带式输送机托辊过早失效的原因 ,认为钢管的精度及其与轴承座的同轴度是影响托辊性能的决定性因素 .在深入研究酚醛树脂阻燃抗静电机理及流变特性的基础上 ,经过反复试验 ,研制成功了CP -DMC模压料和CP -DMCI托辊 .经国家采煤机械质量监督检验中心测试 ,该托辊所有性能指标均优于钢托辊 ,其阻燃抗静电性能完全符合《煤矿井下用非金属 (聚合物 )制品安全性能检验规范》 (MT1 1 3 - 85)的要求 ,而其制造成本仅为钢托辊的 70 % .
