目的 探讨血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)在糖尿病并发动脉粥样硬化的临床价值。方法 用岛津7200生化分析仪胶乳增强免疫比浊法检测血清hs-CRP,一步法检测低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C);采用ELISA双抗体夹心法测定血清IL-6。结果 糖尿病患者LDL-C升高组,血清hs-CRP浓度为(6.81±3.32)mg/L,IL-6为(17.2±5.6)ng/L,两者呈显著正相关,r=0.61;P<0.01。糖尿病患者LDL-C正常组hs-CRP为(3.81±1.86)mg/L,IL-6为(9.2±3.9)ng/L,呈明显正相关,r=0.46,P<0.01。健康组血清hs-CRP为(0.76±0.65)mg/L,血清IL-6为(5.8±2.1)ng/L,r=0.136,两者无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论 糖尿病患者血清IL-6参与诱导肝急性时相蛋白(CRP)的合成,并共同参与糖尿病动脉粥样硬化的病理过程。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum hs-CRP and serum interleukin-6 (IL-6) in atherosclerosis complicated with diabetes mellitus. Methods Serum hs-CRP was detected by latex enhanced immunoturbidimetry with Shimadzu 7200 biochemical analyzer. LDL-C was measured by one-step method. Serum IL-6 was measured by ELISA. Results The levels of serum hs-CRP and LDL-C in diabetic patients were (6.81 ± 3.32) mg / L and (17.2 ± 5.6) ng / L respectively, with a significant positive correlation <0.01. The hs-CRP in diabetic patients with normal LDL-C was (3.81 ± 1.86) mg / L and that of IL-6 was (9.2 ± 3.9) ng / L, with a significant positive correlation, r = 0.46, P <0.01. The serum hs-CRP in healthy group was (0.76 ± 0.65) mg / L, and the serum IL-6 was (5.8 ± 2.1) ng / L, r = 0.136. There was no significant correlation between them (P> 0.05). Conclusion Serum IL-6 levels in diabetic patients are involved in the induction of acute phase protein synthesis (CRP) in liver and participate in the pathological process of atherosclerosis.
