异型柱框架结构体系从结构受力角度来说,它博采框架加剪力墙体系之长,平立面布置近于框架结构,柱的截面形式又不拘泥于矩形,将截面积向工程轴外铺开成T形、十字形、L型等,用较少的混凝土材料,获得了较大的刚度;同时配合轻质填充墙的使用,结构重量比一般框架更轻。适中的刚度和较轻的自重,对减小地震作用很有利,是一种经济合理的抗震住宅结构体系。本文结合某工程,对异型截面柱的施工进行了分析探讨。
