中小学校长培训评估可在引入“柯氏模型”的基础上,结合区域校长培训特点,探索校长培训评估标准,以期建立符合实际的评估体系,提高培训质量。
Based on the introduction of “Korshtoff model” and the characteristics of training of principal principals in primary and middle schools, the training evaluation of primary school principals can be explored to evaluate the training criteria of headmasters in order to establish a realistic evaluation system and improve the quality of training.
