针对峰峰集团牛儿庄矿煤层地质条件,设计制造了一种新型ZY3300/7.5/15D型掩护式液压支架。与同类型支架相比,该新型液压支架具有结构紧凑、支护强度大、适应能力强、工作可靠、操作方便、移架速度快等特点。使用该支架解决了过去薄煤层开采时,立柱漏液、支撑力下降、维护费时等缺点,大大提高了工作效率。 Aiming at the geological conditions of Niu Erzhuang coal seam in Fengfeng Group, a new ZY3300 / 7.5 / 15D type shield hydraulic support was designed and manufactured. Compared with the same type of bracket, the new type of hydraulic bracket has the advantages of compact structure, large supporting strength, strong adaptability, reliable operation, convenient operation and fast moving rack. The use of the bracket solves the problems of leaking liquid during the thin coal mining in the past, such as the leakage of the column, the drop of supporting force, the time-consuming maintenance and the like, greatly improving the work efficiency.
