对某磷矿棒磨机选型计算方法进行了探讨:首先采用邦德功指数方法进行计算,得到的单位功耗值偏大,不符合实际;然后结合实验室棒磨机,进行不同破碎比的棒磨试验,对破碎比修正系数进行试验研究,根据试验结果确定破碎比修正系数,计算出新的磨矿单位功耗;同时采用CITIC SMCC软件对棒磨机磨矿的单位功耗进行计算。两种计算结果相结合,确定了合理的磨矿单位功耗值,对棒磨机进行了设备选型。
The calculation method of selection for a phosphate rock rod mill is discussed. Then, with the laboratory rod mill, Of the rod mill test, the crushing ratio of the correction factor for experimental study, according to the test results to determine the crushing ratio correction factor to calculate the new power consumption of the mill; the same time using the CITIC SMCC software unit mill grinding mill power consumption is calculated . The combination of the two kinds of calculation results has determined the reasonable power consumption value of the grinding unit, and has carried on the equipment selection to the rod mill.
