在西方文化史中,爱是一个永恒的主题,但在不同的历史时期和文化形态中,对爱的观念的理解却存在着差异。在希腊神话中,爱是以欲爱的形式出现,这是一种以自我欲望为中心的爱,它的特征表现为对外在对象的占有。在希腊哲学中,爱主要以智爱和灵爱的形式出现,这是一种以人的理性为中心的爱,它表现为对外在世界的探求与自我灵魂的净化。在基督教中,爱是以圣爱的形式出现,它是一种以人的信仰为中心的爱,是一种超自然的爱,表现为爱上帝和爱众人。在文艺复兴时期,爱是以情爱的形式出现,它从人的自然情感出发,因对方的可喜性质而欣赏,是一种欣赏式的爱。
In the history of Western culture, love is an eternal theme, but there are differences in the understanding of the concept of love in different historical periods and cultural forms. In Greek mythology, love is in the form of a desire for love. It is a kind of love centered on self-desire. It is characterized by its possession of external objects. In Greek philosophy, love comes mainly in the form of intellectual love and spiritual love, a kind of love centered on human reason, which manifests itself in the exploration of the external world and the purification of the soul of oneself. In Christianity, love comes in the form of holy love. It is a kind of love centered on human belief. It is a supernatural love manifested as love of God and love of all people. In the Renaissance, love came in the form of love. It started from the natural feelings of the people and enjoyed each other’s delightful qualities. It was a kind of appreciation-type love.
