目的建立一种测定水中Hg~(2+)的新型分光光度法。方法合成罗丹明B硫代内酯,考察了其与Hg~(2+)的显色反应条件,并用于水中汞的测定。结果在0.5~80μg/L范围内,吸光度A与Hg~(2+)浓度成线性关系,标准曲线线性方程为:A=0.0~(2+)0.009 52C,相关系数r=0.999 6,检出限为0.18μg/L。对自来水及河水进行加标回收实验,平均回收率分别为103.1%和95.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均<3.5%。结论本法简单快速,适用于水中汞的检测。
Objective To establish a new spectrophotometric method for the determination of Hg 2+ in water. Methods Rhodamine B thiolactone was synthesized and its color reaction conditions with Hg 2+ were investigated. The method was also applied to the determination of mercury in water. Results In the range of 0.5 ~ 80μg / L, the absorbency A was linear with the concentration of Hg ~ (2+). The standard curve linear equation was as follows: A = 0.0-2.02 0.009 52C, correlation coefficient r = 0.999 6, The limit is 0.18 μg / L. The average recoveries of tap water and river water were 103.1% and 95.3%, respectively, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were all less than 3.5%. Conclusion This method is simple and quick, suitable for the detection of mercury in water.
