实验在 60只氨基甲酸乙酯麻醉、断双侧迷走神经的健康成年家兔上进行。观察了面神经核背内侧区 ( dm NF)和腹内侧区 ( vm NF)分别微量注射不同浓度的乙醇对颏舌肌肌电活动的影响。结果如下 :1在dm NF内微量注射不同浓度的乙醇 ,导致颏舌肌肌电活动明显抑制 ,肌电积分幅度下降 ,呼吸频率增快 ,抑制作用随乙醇浓度的增加而增强 ;2在 vm NF内微量注射不同浓度的乙醇导致颏舌肌肌电活动明显增强 ,肌电积分幅度升高 ,呼吸频率减慢 ,增强作用随乙醇浓度的增加而增强。本研究结果表明 ,乙醇亦可通过呼吸相关性核团 dm NF和 vm NF发挥对颏舌肌活动的调节作用。
The experiment was performed on 60 urethane anesthetized, severed adult vagina healthy adult rabbits. The effects of different concentrations of ethanol on the myoelectric activity of the genioglossus were observed in dm NF and vm NF of the facial nucleus. The results were as follows: 1 Microinjection of different concentrations of ethanol in dm NF resulted in significant inhibition of myoelectric activity in genioglossus, decrease in EMG amplitude, and increase in respiratory rate, with increasing inhibition of ethanol concentration; 2 In vm NF Microinjection of different concentrations of ethanol resulted in a significant increase of myoelectric activity of genioglossus, a rise of EMG, and a decrease of respiratory rate. The enhancement was enhanced with the increase of ethanol concentration. The results of this study show that ethanol can also play a role in regulating genioglossus muscle activity through the respiratory related nuclei dm NF and vm NF.
