为评价重组人铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(rhCuZnSOD)的抗辐射应用价值,并探索其最佳给药时间,本研究观察了受r线照射前后不同时段给药对小鼠免疫细胞及有关指标的影响.结果显示:rhCuZnSOD可增强受照小鼠刀豆蛋白A诱导的脾T淋巴细胞的增殖反应,提高受照小鼠自然杀伤细胞的活性,并可升高受照小鼠脾淋巴细胞、血白细胞和相对淋巴细胞计数,延长受照小鼠30天平均生存时间及降低30天平均死亡率.其中以辐射前后联合用药的防御和治疗效果最好.本研究结果表明:rhCuZnSOD作为抗辐射药物具有一定的实用价值.
