一线品牌进驻三四级市场 策略重要 执行力更重要

目前,烟灶行业包括方太、老板、帅康在内的一线品牌均推出了子品牌,以下沉到三四级市场,争取更大的市场份额。虽然方太——米博主打热水器,方太——柏厨主打橱柜,且定位于高端,但在方太体系专卖店中对销售的提升贡献很大,而方太正是通过建立专卖店的方式下沉到三四级市场的。老板新推的子品牌“名气”由于定位中低端,且依托“老板”的品牌影响力,自然也受到了消费者的青睐,在一定程度上也满足了不同层级的消费者的需求,目前已经在局部地区展开销售。但在渠道上,“名气”则完全由另外一班人马操作,以不冲击老板现有的渠道。帅康则开发了“康纳”作为集团的第二品牌,目的是做好渠道下沉的同时,也积极开发渠道差异化经营。目前,帅康与淘宝和京东商城都有合作,但网上购物的消费者还是比较注重价格,比较看重性价比,为了避免对帅康原有的传统销售渠道造成影响,其采取机型错位的做法,并以康纳品牌专门来配合网上的销售。这样既不会对帅康的原有渠道和品牌定位造成影响,又可以迎合新兴渠道的发展需要。整体来讲,一线品牌通过专供机型实现下沉是一个重要的策略,即在一二级市场销售中高端价位的机型,而在三四级市场可以专门定制几款低价位的机型。但三大品牌除了专供机型这个共性的做法外,也各有重点策略,且做法上也都有可圈可点之处,但一个好的策略还要落到实处才能开花结果,而渠道商则是执行力的主体,我们就来看看渠道商是如何执行的?
