From many years of sports training teaching experience and concluded that those who can quickly grasp the teaching action of athletes, are generally good at brains thinking students. When they learn a new action, they will first be familiar with and study the concept of these actions, and then through repeated exercises to achieve the degree of skill and ease of use; those who are not brains, simply blindly imitate the practice, rather than grasp the concept of action Students tend to learn the essentials of action at a very slow rate and the quality of the completed action is poor. Practice has proved that the concept of action teaching is good or bad, not only directly affects the students ability to quickly grasp the motor skills, but also may affect young people’s physical and mental health development. It is not only conducive to cultivating their self-cognitive evaluation ability in sports skills learning, but also more conducive to the development of innovative thinking of young athletes in technical actions.
