采用无线传感网、软交换、IMS等ICT主流技术,按照系统工程原理,以现有信息网络为基础,以GIS地理信息系统平台为支撑,设计环境风险源动态监管系统;采用应用服务平台与IMS技术相融合,以ICT理念设计应急处置系统。实现了对环境风险源进行多节点、全天候的数据采集和状态监测,事故报警通知,抢险任务安排以及事故应急处置等功能。提高了监管能力和监管效率,实现了环保监管手段的网络化和监测信息的数字化,给各级管理部门提供决策支持。
Adopting the mainstream technology of ICT such as wireless sensor network, softswitch, IMS and so on, according to the principle of system engineering, based on the existing information network and GIS geographic information system platform as a support, the dynamic supervision system of environmental risk sources is designed. The application service platform and IMS technology integration, the concept of ICT design emergency response system. Realize the multi-node, all-weather data acquisition and condition monitoring, accident alarm notification, rescue mission arrangement and accident emergency response to environmental risk sources. Improved supervision capacity and supervision efficiency, realized networkization of environmental supervision means and digitization of monitoring information, and provided decision support to management departments at all levels.
