随着内燃机技术水平日益提高、运转条件越加强化及对轴承认识的不断加深,使人们对发动机轴承的设计制造和材料选择提出了新的更高的要求井成为内燃机研制中不可缺少的研究课题。本文编者根据多年的工作经验,就高速内燃机曲轴的滑动轴承材料的选择做了较详尽和全面的介绍。文中还讲述了发动机轴承的工作环境和轴承材料性能的评定方法,以及当前采用的各种轴承材料和轴承性能等方面的问题。
With the increasing level of internal combustion engine technology, operating conditions become more strengthened and the deepening understanding of the bearing, so that people on the engine bearing design and manufacture of materials and put forward new and higher requirements well become an indispensable research topic in the development of internal combustion engine . Based on many years of work experience, the editor of this paper made a more detailed and comprehensive introduction to the selection of the material of the plain bearings for crankshafts of high-speed internal combustion engines.
