测试了大庆油田喇 36 0联合站聚合物驱采出水曝气处理前后的流变性和油水分离特性的变化。实验结果表明 ,聚合物驱采出水经过曝气处理后 ,其中所含的聚丙烯酰胺发生降解 ,粘度和稳定性均明显下降。还实验研究了聚合物驱采出水的曝气降粘机理和曝气处理后的重复利用性 ,发现用曝气处理后的聚合物驱采出水与高浓度聚合物母液混合配制聚合物驱注入液 ,可比用未曝气的聚合物驱采出水获得更好的增粘效果。
The rheological properties and oil-water separation characteristics before and after aeration of polymer flooding in the No.36 joint station of Daqing Oilfield were tested. The experimental results show that the polyacrylamide contained in the polymer flooding water is degraded and the viscosity and the stability of the flooding water are significantly decreased after aeration treatment. The mechanism of aeration viscosity reduction and reuse after aeration treatment were also experimentally studied. It was found that the polymer flooding produced by aerating the polymer flooding and high concentration polymer mother liquor , A better viscosifying effect can be obtained than using unexpelled polymer flooding water.
