在PC厂商的一种或多种渠道模式下,作为独立的利益个体,PC厂商、分销商与经销商以及零售商等中间商渠道成员,不可避免地会产生这样那样的冲突。所以当任意给定的,诸如销售渠道这样的行为系统中两个或者两个以上的组成部分,互相成为对方挫败的目标时,冲突的状态就出现了。在PC行业中,渠道冲突大致可以分为三类:不同品牌间的渠道冲突,主要是指不同PC厂商之间的整个渠道系统的冲突。
In the PC vendor’s one or more channel models, as independent stakeholders, PC manufacturers, distributors and distributors, as well as retailers and other intermediary channel members will inevitably have such a conflict. So when any given component of two or more components of a behavioral system, such as a sales channel, becomes the object of frustration with one another, the state of conflict arises. In the PC industry, channel conflicts can be roughly divided into three categories: channel conflicts between different brands, mainly refers to the conflict between the entire channel system between different PC manufacturers.
