以5个籼型水稻不育系为母本和5个恢复系为父本,通过不完全双列杂交试验设计,对其主要农艺性状的配合力、遗传力进行分析。结果表明:株高、有效穗、穗总粒数、结实率、千粒重、单株谷重主要受加性效应的影响;亲本各性状一般配合力和特殊配合力之间并没有明显的关系;父本对有效穗、穗总粒数、结实率、千粒重、单株谷重的贡献大于母本,而母本对株高的贡献大于父本。6个主要农艺性状的狭义遗传率千粒重>株高>结实率>穗总粒数>有效穗>单株谷重。
Five indica rice CMS lines as male parents and five restorer lines as male parents were used to analyze the combining ability and heritability of the main agronomic traits by incomplete diallel cross experiment design. The results showed that the plant height, the effective panicle, the total grain number per panicle, the seed setting rate, the 1000-grain weight and the grain weight per plant were mainly affected by the additive effect. There was no significant relationship between the general combining ability and the special combining ability of the parents The contribution of effective panicles, total grains per panicle, seed setting rate, 1000-grain weight and grain weight per plant was greater than that of female parent, while the contribution of female parent to plant height was greater than that of male parent. The narrow heritability of 6 main agronomic traits was in the order of 1000-grain weight> plant height> seed setting rate> total grains per ear> effective panicle> grain weight per plant.
