用实时超声监测卵泡生长发育,观察黄体变化,预告排卵期,对诊断治疗不孕症及人工授精有着重要的临床价值。我们用B型超声(B超)仪对30例准备进行人工授精治疗的妇女的卵泡发育进行连续观察,以了解卵泡发育的规律、预测排卵日期。资料与方法 30例已婚女性,年龄25~36岁,平均年龄29岁。妇科检查均无异常,月经周期较规则,无慢性病及传染病史。仪器:日产ALoka SSD—240,SSD—610,美国ADR—4000线阵实时超声显像仪,探头频率3~3.5MHz。
Using real-time ultrasound to monitor the growth and development of follicles, observe the changes of corpus luteum, and predict the ovulation period, has important clinical value in diagnosis and treatment of infertility and artificial insemination. We used the B-mode ultrasound (B-mode) instrument to observe the follicular development of 30 women who are ready for artificial insemination to understand the regularity of follicular development and predict the ovulation date. Materials and Methods 30 married women, aged 25 to 36 years, mean age 29 years. No abnormal gynecological examination, menstrual cycle more regular, non-chronic diseases and history of infectious diseases. Instruments: Nissan ALoka SSD-240, SSD-610, the United States ADR-4000 line real-time ultrasound imaging, probe frequency 3 ~ 3.5MHz.
