卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)是由促排卵导致的严重的医源性并发症,主要与使用外源性促性腺激素(Gn)有关。目前发病机制尚不清楚,缺乏有效的治疗手段。为进一步研究该病,近年来国内外学者通过不同动物、不同的外源性促性腺激素方案来诱导OHSS的发生,在造模成功的基础上对卵巢的组织学改变、血激素水平、血管活性因子、卵巢及毛细血管通透性等方面进行了探索,对该病发生机制、防治措施的研究有重要意义。
