通过盆栽试验,研究了不同生长期的芥菜型油菜在EDTA作用下对Cd、Ni的富集规律。结果表明:随着生长期的延长,EDTA处理的油菜地上部和根部中Cd、Ni的浓度极显著地高于对照组,且EDTA对Cd迁移的影响明显强于Ni,说明EDTA有助于强化芥菜型油菜对Cd污染土壤的修复作用;对28~63天的6个不同生长期的分析表明,生长49天时2种处理的油菜地上部中总Cd含量均占整个生长期的90%以上,总Ni含量为整个生长期的80%以上,此时收割比较合适。
Pot experiments were carried out to study the accumulation of Cd and Ni in Brassica juncea at different growth stages under the action of EDTA. The results showed that the concentrations of Cd and Ni in shoots and roots of rapeseed treated with EDTA were significantly higher than those of the control, and the effect of EDTA on the migration of Cd was stronger than that of Ni, indicating that EDTA could enhance the growth of rapeseed Brassica juncea remediation of Cd-contaminated soils; analysis of six different growing seasons from 28 to 63 days showed that the total Cd content in aerial parts of the two treatments accounted for more than 90% of the whole growth period at 49 days of growth, Total Ni content of the entire growing period of more than 80%, this time more appropriate harvest.
