合成了新型的无机固体超强酸替代硫酸、对甲苯磺酸催化剂用于合成马来酸酯,与硫酸、对甲苯磺酸的催化结果比较,显示了高的活性和选择性。探讨了马来酸双酯的合成条件,使含有少量单酯的马来酸双酯一步合成琥珀酸酯磺酸钠,提高了反应速度,简化了工艺过程。分别用气相色谱和液相色谱对酯化及磺化产物进行了分析鉴定。
A new type of inorganic solid superacid was synthesized instead of sulfuric acid. The p-toluenesulfonic acid catalyst was used to synthesize maleate. Compared with the catalytic results of sulfuric acid and p-toluenesulfonic acid, the catalyst showed high activity and selectivity. The synthesis conditions of maleic acid diester were discussed. The succinic acid ester sodium sulfonate was synthesized in one step from maleic acid diester containing a small amount of monoester, which improved the reaction speed and simplified the process. The esterification and sulfonation products were identified by gas chromatography and liquid chromatography respectively.
