This paper presents a practical error analysis method of machining error in machining, including the error classification of electrical machining, the error factor and synthesis of electrical machining, the overall error and synthesis of the machine tool and the analysis of the impact of the geometric accuracy of the machine tool on the machining accuracy. And WEDM as an example to introduce its application.
