通过统计、分析中原油田复合盐膏层的套损现状和损坏机理,根据双层组合套管在盐膏层段的受力特点,推导出双层组合套管的设计方法。现场应用表明,双层组合套管可提高套管的抗挤毁强度,延长油气井寿命,提高油气开发的综合效益,有较强的适用性和可靠性,具有广泛的推广应用价值。
Through the statistics and analysis of the damage status and damage mechanism of the compound salt layer in the Zhongyuan Oilfield, the design method of the double-layer composite casing was deduced according to the stress characteristics of the double-layer composite casing in the salt layer. The field application shows that the double-layer composite bushing can improve the collapse resistance of the bushing, prolong the life of the oil and gas well, enhance the comprehensive benefit of the oil and gas development, have strong applicability and reliability, and have wide popularization and application value.
