为了更好地发挥农产品产地初加工补助设施的作用,农业部农产品加工局组织专家编制了马铃薯、甘薯、苹果、梨等17种农产品贮藏保鲜操作规程,以及枸杞、杏干等6种农产品热风烘干操作规程,指导广大农民群众使用操作好这些设施,实现“一窖多用”、“一库多用”、“一房多用”等目标,逐步提高产地初加工设施的使用效率,最大限度的发挥其减损、增收、提质、增效作用。
