基于马来酰肼在高碘酸钾-鲁米诺碱性体系中的后化学发光反应,结合流动注射技术,首次建立了测定马来酰肼的流动注射-化学发光(FI-CL)新方法。该方法简单、快速、灵敏,线性范围为0.5~50μg/mL(r=0.9991),检出限为0.06μg/mL(3σ)。对1.0μg/mL的马来酰肼标准溶液进行11次平行测定,相对标准偏差为1.5%。同时,实验还初步探讨了该化学发光反应的发光机制。
Based on the post-chemiluminescence reaction of maleic hydrazide in potassium periodate-luminol alkaline system, a new flow-injection chemiluminescence (FI-CL) method was established for the determination of maleic hydrazide by flow injection . The method was simple, rapid and sensitive with a linear range of 0.5-50 μg / mL (r = 0.9991) and a detection limit of 0.06 μg / mL (3σ). 11 parallel determinations of 1.0 μg / mL maleic hydrazide standard solution showed a relative standard deviation of 1.5%. At the same time, the experiment also preliminary discussed the chemiluminescence reaction of light-emitting mechanism.
