儿童计划免疫保偿,是双方约定,由被偿家长支付保偿金,医院对入保儿童(0～7周岁)中常见的八种传染病,按照一定的免疫程序,有计划地进行预防接种,在保偿期间如有发病,进行一次性定额经济赔偿。我院从1987年3月开始对1981年至1988年出生的儿童实行计划免疫保偿制以来,已接收入保儿童1836人,占应入保儿童的89.6％,取得了显著的成效。现将我们的具体做法介绍如下。
