历年来的公职人员公开招考备受关注,是有多方面的原因的,其中之一是高额成本和垄断利润、招聘舞弊。作者认为,应该制定法律,规范考试,让政府机构和公职人员远离考试利润,尽量减少考试或减少和取消报名费;建立公职人员任职资格制度,辅以多种多样的考试方式;目前应该改进管理,完善制度,想办法尽可能降低公职人员考试的社会成本和考生成本。
