本文研究了在无水三氯化铁作用下苯乙酮脱水、脱氢和环化聚合的过程。用化学分析和红外光谱分析证明了该过程的产物是环化聚苯乙炔。它是热塑性聚合物,产率随反应时间增加而增加。还用红外光谱分析法研究了热处理和钴—60γ辐照(在空气中)对环化聚苯乙炔化学结构的影响。实验证明这种聚合物是一种耐热与耐辐照的物质。
In this paper, the dehydration, dehydrogenation and cyclopolymerization of acetophenone under anhydrous ferric chloride are studied. Chemical analysis and infrared spectroscopy proved that the product of this process was cyclized polyphenylacetylene. It is a thermoplastic polymer and the yield increases as the reaction time increases. Infrared spectroscopy was also used to investigate the effect of heat treatment and cobalt-60 gamma irradiation (in the air) on the chemical structure of the cyclized polyphenylenevinylene. Experiments show that this polymer is a heat and radiation-resistant material.
