1992～1994年两年中应用竹林胺、前列康对60例老年前列腺增生伴有阳萎的患者进行了临床观察。结果表明,两药合用,在改善排尿困难的同时,能明显增加性功能(性欲增强,性交次数增多,勃起度变(?),排精量增多),并无明显毒副作用,认为合用两药是较为理想的临床治疗药物。
