乐山冶金机械轧辊厂是冶金部定点西南的大型综合性冶金机械企业。前几年由于种种原因,效益不佳,到1992年亏损312万元,加上隐亏共700多万元。1992年12月我任厂长以后,充分依靠党委,发挥班子集体领导作用,通过外抓市场,内抓改革,企业出现了生机,1993年全厂产值结束了26年徘徊在5000万元左右的局面,跃上了亿元企业的台阶,利税突破千万元大关,职工人均收入比上年提高50%。在实践中我体会最深的是:搞好
