中国的乡村民主,本来是最纯朴、最纯洁的,但随着岁月的冲刷,却在异化,变得混浊而有铜臭味,变得蛮横而强权。从乡村民主的变迁,可以看出一个时期乡村社会的现状。早年间,村里选干部是搬来一大盆黄豆,先由村民推荐候选人,然后把候选人的名字贴在木斗上,每个选民在大盆里抓一个黄豆,投“票”时,把手掌张开,让监“票”人看选民手里是不是一张“票”(一个黄豆),然后选民会在几个木斗里
