为建立一套红豆树的扦插快繁技术,以红豆树1年生不同直径的枝条为材料,通过ABT1、GGR7、NAA三种生根粉处理,研究各因素对扦插生根及成活率的影响。结果表明:生根粉和插条直径对扦插成活率、生根数、根长均有显著影响;其中,以壮枝、粗枝插条为扦插材料较为适宜;以200 mg/L的ABT1生根粉处理效果最佳,其壮枝插条的扦插成活率为53.4%;在试验条件下,插条的成活率和生根数呈极显著正相关。
In order to establish a set of rapid propagating technology for the growth of the red bean tree, the annual rooting rate and survival rate of the cuttings were studied by using three year-old branches with different diameters as the material and ABT1, GGR7 and NAA roots. The results showed that the rooting powder and cuttings diameter had significant effects on the survival rate, rooting number and root length. Among them, the cuttings with strong branches and thick branches were more suitable for cutting materials. The ABT1 rooting powder with 200 mg / L The best survival rate was 53.4%. The survival rate of cuttings and rooting number were significantly and positively correlated.
