对那些含矿层本身就是含水层,或在含矿层的顶底板附近埋藏有强含水层、且这些含水层是矿坑克水的重要因素的矿床进行勘探时,所有揭穿了这些含水层的钻孔均应进行分屠分段的水泥封孔(留做长期观测孔者除外)。矿床勘探阶段的钻孔封孔与否及其质量的优劣,将直接影响今后矿山的建设速度和工人的生命安全。在矿山设计时,对钻孔封孔的要求是十分严格的。在我们过去的工作中,有着因封孔问题而造成事故的教训。
