随着我国经济全球化的不断深入,企业的生存环境也逐步得到了拓宽。但在国际市场中,我国很多行业领域的企业都竞争不过国外企业,得到的国际市场份额大大减少。就其原因,还是因为我国大多数企业都不重视组织文化,不能利用组织文化来完善企业战略体系。本文先介绍了组织文化和企业发展的相关概述,并全面的分析了组织文化与企业发展之间的关系,最后阐述了促进企业发展的组织文化建设。
With the deepening of economic globalization in our country, the living environment of enterprises has also been gradually broadened. However, in the international market, many enterprises in the field of industry compete with foreign enterprises but their international market share is greatly reduced. For its reason, or because most of the Chinese enterprises do not attach importance to the organizational culture, organizational culture can not be used to improve the corporate strategic system. This paper first introduces the relevant overview of organizational culture and business development, and comprehensively analyzes the relationship between organizational culture and business development, and finally elaborates the organizational culture that promotes the development of the enterprise.
