载体材料是汽车尾气催化净化器的关键技术之一。根据载体的工作环境要求,提出了一种新型的多孔金属基载体材料,为增大废气与催化剂的接触面积,设计了在直通道表面具有许多微孔的多孔结构。
Carrier material is one of the key technologies of automotive exhaust gas purification. According to the requirements of the working environment of the carrier, a new type of porous metal-based carrier material is proposed. In order to increase the contact area between the exhaust gas and the catalyst, a porous structure with many micropores on the straight channel surface is designed.
