本文系统地阐述了有关土的剪胀性的几个问题.首先说明土的剪胀性的机理与一般材料中的不同,它是由颗粒间的结构特性引起的,其主要的影响因素有两个:土的天然密度或相对密实度和荷重历史.其次指出,在排水和不排水条件下的剪胀性指标可分别用剪胀比S_d和孔隙压力系数A_d表示;在饱和土中,S_d=A_d.最后,就剪胀性对土的某些性状的影响进行了讨论.
This article systematically expounds several problems related to the dilatancy of soil. First of all, the difference in the mechanism of soil dilatancy from that of ordinary materials is explained. It is caused by the structural characteristics of particles. There are two major influencing factors. One: The natural density or relative density of the soil and the history of the load. Secondly, the dilatancy index under the drainage and undrained conditions can be expressed by the dilatancy ratio S_d and the pore pressure coefficient A_d respectively; in the saturated soil, S_d= A_d. Finally, the effects of dilatancy on some properties of soil were discussed.
