本文着重分析了鹰厦铁路电气化工程所存在的问题,对电力、内燃、蒸汽三种牵引动力方式作了比较。认为内燃牵引改造方式具有线路建设投资少、机动灵活、上马快的特点,它既能适应该线运量增长的需要,又能立即收到明显的经济效益;而采用电气化方案,必然会带来投资额大、工期长、占用较多土地等弊病。建议有关部门取消或推迟该线电气化计划,尽早实施内燃机车牵引。
This article emphatically analyzes the problems existing in the electrification project of Yingxia Railway and compares the three traction power ways of electric power, internal combustion and steam. It is considered that the internal combustion traction retrofit method has the characteristics of less investment in line construction, flexible maneuvering and quick maneuvering. It can not only meet the need of increasing the traffic but also receive obvious economic benefits immediately. However, adopting the electrification scheme will inevitably bring Large investment, long construction period, occupy more land and other ills. It is suggested that relevant departments cancel or postpone the electrification plan of the line and implement the traction of diesel locomotives as soon as possible.
