湖北是清朝时期重要的粮食产地,明清以来素有“两湖熟,天下足”的美谚。而人口数量的变动,往往会对社会环境、自然环境产生影响。在清朝尤其是中后期,湖北地区人口持续增加,人口压力也随之增大,导致整个生态环境也发生了巨大变化。本文试图以人口的变化为导索,揭示清朝湖北省人口与生态环境之间的关系。 Hubei is an important grain producing place during the Qing Dynasty. Since the Ming and Qing dynasties, Hubei has been known as a beautiful proverb that “the two lakes are cooked and the world is full.” Changes in the population tend to have an impact on the social environment and the natural environment. In the Qing Dynasty, especially in the late period, the population in Hubei continued to increase, and population pressure also increased. As a result, great changes have taken place in the entire ecological environment. This paper tries to reveal the relationship between the population and the ecological environment in Hubei Province during the Qing dynasty under the guidance of population changes.
