目的探讨分析米非司酮辅助COOK宫颈扩张双球囊在瘢痕子宫妊娠中期引产中的应用效果。方法将该院2014年6月-2015年12月收治的瘢痕子宫妊娠中期需行引产患者78例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法遵循双盲原则分为研究组和对照组,各39例。对照组患者给予常规方案引产,研究组给予米非司酮辅助COOK宫颈扩张双球囊方案引产。观察对比两种治疗方案临床效果,并分析其应用价值。结果两组患者阴道引产率均为100%;两组显效、有效、无效病例等级比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且前者总有效率为97.44%,较对照组的79.49%显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组规律宫缩时间、规律宫缩至胎盘娩出时间、引产总时间以及引产出血量均较对照组显著减少,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组引产后并发症发生率为5.13%,对照组为23.08%,前者远低于后者,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在瘢痕子宫妊娠中期引产中采用米非司酮辅助COOK宫颈扩张双球囊疗效显著,不仅能够有效缩短产程,减少出血量,还可有效减少引产术后并发症情况,临床推广应用价值较高。 Objective To investigate the effect of mifepristone-assisted COOK cervical dilatation double balloon in the induction of labor during the second trimester pregnancy. Methods Seventy-eight patients with induced abortion who were admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to December 2015 were divided into study group and control group according to the randomized double-blind principle. Patients in the control group were given routine induction of labor and the study group was given mifepristone assisted COOK cervical double balloon dilatation. Observed and compared the clinical effects of the two treatment options, and analyzed its value. Results The vaginal labor rate was 100% in both groups. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05), and the total effective rate was 97.44%, which was significantly higher than 79.49% in the control group (P <0.05). The study group’s regular contractions time, regular contractions to placenta delivery time, total induction of labor and induction of labor volume were significantly reduced compared with the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of postpartum complications was 5.13% in the study group and 23.08% in the control group. The former was much lower than the latter. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The use of mifepristone in combination with COOK cervical dilatation double balloon in the mid-term labor of uterine scar pregnancy has a significant curative effect, which not only can shorten the labor process and reduce the amount of bleeding, but also reduce the postoperative complications and has a high clinical application value .
