对５种不同刀片材质的刀具进行切削试验，分析了刀片硬度、抗弯强度和红硬性对半钢轧辊切削刀具的切削量、耐用度等性能的影响，表明Ｊ１１材质的刀具适合切削半钢轧辊。
The effects of blade hardness, flexural strength and red hardness on the cutting capacity and durability of semi-steel roll cutting tools were analyzed. The results show that the tool J11 is suitable for cutting semi-steel rolls .
