目的分析血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平与冠脉病变之间的相关性。方法收集102例冠状动脉硬化患者和100例健康体检者的血清,将102例冠心病患者按病情严重程度分为单支病变组(SVD组,60例)和多支病变组(MVD组,42例)。分别测定血清hs-CRP、血脂、血糖(FBS)水平和颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT),比较各组各指标差异。采用ROC曲线对hs-CRP诊断冠脉病变的敏感性和特异性进行评价。结果与健康组相比较,SVD组和MVD组hs-CRP、TC和TG水平均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MVD组患者血清hs-CRP水平比SVD组明显升高(P<0.05);ROC曲线显示,用hs-CRP诊断冠脉病变的灵敏度为80.0%,特异性为75.0%,AUC曲线下面积为0.78。结论超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与冠脉病变的发生密切相关,并与病情严重程度相关。血清hs-CRP水平检测在冠脉病变的诊断中有较好的临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the correlation between serum hs-CRP level and coronary artery disease. Methods 102 patients with coronary atherosclerosis and 100 healthy subjects were enrolled in this study. 102 patients with coronary heart disease were divided into single vessel disease group (SVD group, 60 cases) and multivessel disease group (MVD group, 42 example). Serum levels of hs-CRP, blood lipid, blood glucose (FBS) and carotid artery intima-media thickness (IMT) were measured respectively. The ROC curve was used to evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of hs-CRP in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease. Results Compared with healthy group, the levels of hs-CRP, TC and TG in SVD group and MVD group were significantly different (P <0.05); the serum hs-CRP level in MVD group was significantly higher than that in SVD group (P <0.05) ). The ROC curve showed that the sensitivity of hs-CRP in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease was 80.0%, specificity was 75.0%, and the area under the AUC curve was 0.78. Conclusion High-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) is closely related to the occurrence of coronary artery disease and is related to the severity of the disease. Serum hs-CRP levels in the diagnosis of coronary lesions have a better clinical value.
