卵孢白僵菌防治苗圃地蛴螬的研究结果表明,卵孢白僵菌AB菌株,每公倾施菌量1125~150kg,对东北大黑鳃金龟子有较强的寄生力,苗圃地防治效果达669%~85%,僵虫率为556%~684%,虫口减退率达到691%~933%,防治效果明显。该菌株对淡翅黎丽金龟子寄生力较差,防治效果562%;白僵菌与化学农药3911分层施用,防治效果达987%,虫口减退率较单施3911防治区降低了262%。白僵菌与芫菁夜蛾线虫交错施用,防治效果可达到89%以上,比单施白僵菌防治效果提高334%以上。土壤中施白僵菌,不仅当年对蛴螬有控制作用,而且第二年仍有作用。
