认同,既有行为者对主体身份和资格的自我认定,也有行为者对其身份资格和行动合法性“他者认可”的诉求。以信任为视角,以认知、期待和赋权为线索进行反思,可知社会组织认同与信任是互构的。社会组织认同的来源主要有系统性信任和人格性信任两个方面。以此为基础,角色归位、能力到位和管理规范可以从前提、路径和条件等三个方面破除社会组织获得认同的认知性障碍、期待性障碍和赋权性障碍,进而使其得以建构。

The sources of social organization identity are mainly two aspects of systematic trust and personality trust.
