中小企业在发展过程中会产生大量的知识,这些知识如果不进行有效管理,将会随着人员的频繁流动而流失。长此以往,企业会逐步丧失创新能力,降低工作效率,减慢发展速度。中小企业有效进行知识管理,首先要理解知识管理,重视知识管理;其次要从创业开始,并有专人负责;再次要积极营造有利的知识管理环境和文化;最后要因地制宜、循序渐进。
Small and medium-sized enterprises generate a great deal of knowledge in the development process, which, if not effectively managed, will be lost with the frequent movement of personnel. Over time, enterprises will gradually lose their ability to innovate, reduce work efficiency and slow down the pace of development. SMEs to effectively carry out knowledge management, we must first understand knowledge management, emphasis on knowledge management; secondly from the start, and someone responsible; again to actively create a favorable environment and knowledge management environment; and finally to local conditions, step by step.
