降脂汤对高脂血症患者血管内皮功能及hsCRP的影响

目的:探讨降脂汤对高脂血症患者血脂水平、血管内皮功能及hsCRP的影响。方法:60例原发性高脂血症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用降脂汤方(配方颗粒),1剂/d,口服,对照组采用辛伐他汀,20 mg,1次/d,口服。疗程8周。观察血脂水平,采用放射免疫法测定血内皮素(ET),采用硝酸还原法测定血清一氧化氮(NO),采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附测定法超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP),并进行血管内皮依赖性血流介导的舒张功能(FMD)的检测。结果:治疗后两组TC,TG,LDL-C明显降低,HDL-C明显升高,治疗后组间差异不明显;两组ET-1和hs-CRP明显降低,NO和FMD明显升高;治疗组ET-1和FMD与对照组比较差异显著。结论:降脂汤能改善患者高脂状态,明显改善血管内皮功能,降低血浆hs-CRP水平,这可能是其降脂作用机制。 Objective: To investigate the effects of Jiangzhi Decoction on blood lipid, endothelial function and hsCRP in patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods: Sixty patients with primary hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The treatment group was treated with Jiangzhi Decoction (Formula Granule), one dose per day, while the control group was given simvastatin, 20 mg, 1 time / d, orally. Treatment for 8 weeks. Serum levels of nitric oxide (NO) were determined by radioimmunoassay, nitric oxide (NO) was measured by nitrate reduction method, and hs-CRP was detected by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) And endothelium-dependent blood flow-mediated diastolic function (FMD) was measured. Results: The levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in the two groups were significantly decreased and the HDL-C levels were significantly increased after treatment. There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment. The levels of ET-1 and hs-CRP were significantly decreased and NO and FMD were significantly increased in both groups. ET-1 and FMD in the treatment group were significantly different from the control group. Conclusion: Jiangzhi Decoction can improve the state of hyperlipidemia, improve endothelial function and decrease plasma hs-CRP levels, which may be the mechanism of its lipid-lowering effect.
