The development of micro-optics and the fabrication of micro-lens arrays with shaped apertures (square and hexagonal) are discussed. The fabrication of self-focusing lens accelerates the development of micro-optics. The application of micro-lens array devices has led to the rapid development of micro-optics and the development of micro-lens arrays with special-shaped apertures, opening up new research fields in micro-optics. Focus on the special-shaped self-focusing lens and special-shaped aperture micro-lens array theoretical and experimental work to discuss and give useful results.
