试验研究了含镁、碱士金属复合合金净化钢液的机理及其在调整钢结构和优化钢性能方面的作用。通过和其它合金的工业对比试验,分析了其理化性能。对试样着重进行大样电解和高倍金相研究,从微观结构、夹杂物和热力学机理出发,指出开发适用于生产洁净钢的含镁、碱士金属复合合金具有重大的应用价值和巨大的潜力。
The mechanism of purifying molten steel containing Mg and Alkali metal alloy and its role in adjusting steel structure and optimizing steel performance were studied. Through the industrial comparison test with other alloys, its physical and chemical properties were analyzed. Based on the microstructure, inclusions and thermodynamics, the authors point out that it is of great value and huge potential to develop magnesium-containing and soda-metal composite alloys suitable for the production of clean steel. .
