目的:为菘蓝霜霉病的深入研究和防治提供理论依据。方法:在菘蓝生长季节观察和描述症状发展变化过程。用悬滴法测定温度、营养和pH值对孢子囊萌发的影响,用硫酸法控制小容器相对湿度和载玻片法测定湿度对孢子囊萌发的影响。结果和结论:经鉴定,菘蓝霜霉病病原菌为寄生霜霉Peronospora parasitica(Pers.) Fr.。孢子囊萌发温限为5~30℃,最适16℃,萌发率为34%,低于6℃不萌发。100%相对湿度的萌发率为3.20%,低于80%不萌发,在水中能很好萌发。孢子囊在pH 4.92~9.18均能萌发,最适pH 7.17。1∶5蔗糖液对孢子囊萌发有较强的促进作用,萌发率较对照高20.5%~38.9%。
Objective: To provide a theoretical basis for in-depth research and prevention of Downy mildew. Methods: Observed and described the process of symptom development during the growth season of A. officinalis. The effect of temperature, nutrition and pH on the germination of sporocysts was determined by the hanging drop method. The relative humidity of the small containers was controlled by sulfuric acid method and the influence of humidity on the germination of the sporangium was determined by the slide method. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The pathogen of the blueberry downy mildew was identified as Peronospora parasitica (Pers.) Fr. Spore germination temperature limit of 5 ~ 30 ℃, the optimum 16 ℃, the germination rate was 34%, less than 6 ℃ does not germination. The germination rate of 100% relative humidity is 3.20%, less than 80% does not germinate and can germinate well in water. The sporangia germinated at pH 4.92-9.18. The best pH 7.17.1: 5 sucrose solution had a strong promoting effect on sporocyst germination. The germination rate was 20.5% -38.9% higher than that of the control.
