目的:研究柠檬萜对豚鼠小肠电活动的影响。方法:用电生理技术记录以98%柠檬萜给空腹清醒豚鼠灌胃后小肠消化间期综合肌电的变化。结果:给柠檬萜后,十二指肠及空肠峰电位明显减少(P<0.01,P<0.05)。原先IDMEC周期不典型或紊乱的峰电位在给药后40~80min,十二指肠和空肠分别有76%和82%例次呈现出典型的IDMEC周期或有出现IDMEC周期的倾向。结论:柠檬萜可能具有调整豚鼠小肠电活动周期的作用。
Objective: To study the effect of lemon scorpion on small intestine electrical activity in guinea pigs. METHODS: Electrophysiological techniques were used to record the change of synovial electromyogram in the small intestine digestive period of 98% lemon guinea pigs after fasting to conscious guinea pigs. Results: The duodenum and jejunum spike potential decreased significantly after lemon simmering (P<0.01, P<0.05). The peaks of the original IDMEC cycle were not typical or disorganized at 40-80 min after administration. 76% of the duodenum and 82% of the jejunum showed the typical IDMEC cycle or IDMEC cycle. Conclusion: Lemon scorpion may have the effect of adjusting the electric activity cycle of guinea pig small intestine.
